What a relief!

Poor Triston has had a cough for a couple of weeks now. So I finally decided to take him in. I mentioned to his pediatrician that he choked on a chicken nugget a couple of weeks ago and she was very concerned that he might have a piece of food stuck in his lungs. So She called the radiologist up at Primary Children's and had us go up there to get chest x-rays and soft tissue x-rays of his neck to make sure there wasn't anything there. She also mentioned that his right ear drum was red. She decided to place him on amoxicillin for ten days. To my relief his chest x-ray and his throat x-ray were normal so he doesn't have to be stuck in a hospital. I wish that he sounded better. It seems that his cough is getting worse, but at least he is on some antibiotics. Poor baby, I hate when he is sick.
Baby Triston "Freezing" waiting for the X-ray techs to tell us if the X-rays were
visable enough before we put his shirt back on. Doesn't he look sad!
